Add new project to existing solution

Select again ASP.NET Empty Application and name it Client


 In Solution Explorer right click references and select Add Service Reference

Click Discover button to populate Address text box, enter SchoolService in the Namespace text box

Right click References in Solution Explorer and add new reference
